First of all, we created a team for the control of infectious diseases, which included senior managers at our hotel; We explained to our employees how to increase the level of personal hygiene, being aware of the “specific risk and taking precautionary measures quickly and efficiently”, and we carried out detailed cleaning and disinfection, especially environmental hygiene measures in all our areas. We have implemented our hygiene measures for personnel areas, guest rooms, common areas for guests, pool water and water for use, and we have taken the necessary precautions at the highest level.
